- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Philippines- Ensuring data accuracy, SOP compliance and KPI's.
- Analyzing data and provide insights from the data.
- Ensuring to maintain the zero backlogs.
- Facilitating and monitoring data files gathered from the team.
- Pursuing the effectiveness of quality control guidelines.
- Organizing team initiatives and resolves further conflicts.
- Responsible for the control of claims reduction/allocations.
- Responsible on analyzing, validating and maintaining data accuracy.
- Conducting presentations for trainings.
- Responsible for timely updates, identifying issues, analyzing root cause.
- Ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of Data Files.
- Targeting to hit the KPI's.
- Ensuring the data validation and lead times.
- Ensuring to meet the SOP compliance.
- Responsible for escalating parcels with EH issues.
- Maintaining the quality of EH process.
**Job Requirements**
- College Graduate, Business Administration or Management and any related field
- Must have background or experience in Logistics Operations role and or in any related field.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Administrative Skill (Time Management & Organization)
- Verbal and Written Communications
- Great attention to detail
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Healthy and physically active
