\n Key Responsibilities:Design solutions tailored for customer use cases using Sanas productsUnderstand customer needs to suggest different Sanas solutionsSupport customers with issues when deploying and using Sanas solutions Work closely with customer success teams, development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, helping them understand the benefits and challenges of proposed solutions Qualifications:Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field4-6 Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of windows, linux desktop software and system architectureExperience with desktop technologies including Windows desktop APIExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation abilities Preferred Skills:Knowledge of desktop deployment strategies, endpoint management tools like SCCM, Intune, Ivanti etcExperience in VDI infrastructure setup (Citrix, VMWare, etc.,.) & managementExperience in audio/video domain, audio drivers, audio flow, etc.,.Experience in any Scripting (PowerShell, Batch, etc.,.)Experience in Active Directory, GPOsProject management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies are beneficialCertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are often a plusKnowledge in OS Design & Networking concepts
