We are looking for someone who has:
Has a Masters/bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology and any Engineering course. A professional license is an advantage.
With at least five (5) years technical/maintenance and operations experience in a Global Business Services setting catering oil and gas clientele is an advantage but not required.
Has extensive experience as a Maximo Solution Architect or any similar role.
In-depth knowledge of IBM Maximo, including its architecture, database setup, and integration capabilities.
Strong experience in database design, SQL and performance optimization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
Ability to work independently, but sees importance of achieving results through teamwork and delegation.
Structured, accurate, systematic and ability to deliver within deadlines.
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has the ability to take initiative and make sound judgement and decisions within applicable scope, procedures and guideline
Quick to learn, adapt and has an initiative to suggest improvements in work policies or processes.
Can coordinate and communicate well with internal and external overseas partners and counterparts.
Can work with minimal to limited supervision.
Has business and result oriented mind set.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and can communicate in all levels.

Your Mission:
Contribute to create strategic objectives to ensure the optimal performance of our Maximo platform. Develop and implement the solutions that meets the established strategic objectives.
Lead the design and architecture of IBM Maximo solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
Cooperate with other business areas as Finance and Supply Chain and supervise integration of Maximo with other systems and applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and document best practices and standards for Maximo configuration, customization, and data management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide training materials and if required provide training of users and support team members in Maximo.
Stay up to date with the latest Maximo features and industry trends to drive innovation.
Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
