Designation: Presales Consultant/Solution Architect
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design client-specific product solutions.
• Oversee complete proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
• Assist sales with client requirement understanding and technical support.
• Offer technical guidance on product specs and compatibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
• Align client needs with internal product development and marketing.
• Lead product demonstrations for at seminars / conferences/ solution forums/ exhibitions to showcase the ETP solutions.
• Contribute to compelling proposal creation.
• Respond promptly to RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs.
• Maintain motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
• Work effectively independently and in team settings.

• Strong knowledge and experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Technical proficiency to understand and explain product features and benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Qualification criteria-
• Any graduate with relevant industry experience. B.E. / B. Tech., M.C.A. preferred
• 5-7 years of functional experience in the Retail & E-commerce industry
• Must have minimum 5 years experience into SaaS pre-sales & project management.
• At least one full life cycle ERP / Retail Software implementation experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to listen to prospects and design solutions that can deliver business benefits
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect (Presales Consulting) will be preferred
