Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales channels for solar products, responsible for the sales of solar panels,inverters, and related products.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, follow up on sales opportunities,achieve sales targets, and expand market share.- Develop sales plans and strategies, analyze market demands, and provide effective marketing plans.- Assist in formulating the company's product pricing strategy, and adjust sales strategies based onmarket feedback.- Provide sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback, offering suggestions for productimprovement and development.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.- Over three years of experience in solar product sales, understanding the solar energy industry marketand product characteristics.- Possess strong sales skills and negotiation abilities, capable of independently conducting sales activitiesand achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit to enhance sales efficiency by collaborating withinternal teams.- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market, able to provide professional technical supportand advice to clients.- Preference for candidates who have previously represented solar products, with experience in channelsales and system integration (SI).- Candidates with prior sales representation for renowned brands such as Huawei, Solis, Growatt,Goodwe, Deye, Kstar, and others will be given priority for interview opportunities.- Other Requirements:- Proactive, highly responsible, capable of handling work pressure and proficient in self-management.- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, adept at handling various customer issues andcomplaints.Salary Range: This can vary depending on experience and qualifications- Govt Mandated benefits- Bonus (commissions)Work Schedule (Full Time)? 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday? 8:00am to 4:00pm - SaturdayWork Location?
