Staff4Me is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with the development team to perform testing activities, identify defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software testing processes.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report software defects. Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and analyze reported defects. Create detailed and concise defect reports, including steps to reproduce and supporting documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and industry best practices. Participate in the continuous improvement of our software testing processes and tools. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and contribute to their resolution. 2+ years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Analyst. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Knowledge of bug tracking systems and version control tools. Experience with functional, regression, and performance testing. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
