This person will generate newbusiness through sales calls, in-house lead generation, software demos andensure customer success. Test newstrategies in software sales, pricing, on-boarding, and retentionHandle and execute the full sales cycle from prospect, lead generationto close. Manage, develop and maintain customer relationships and trustedpartnerships that will optimize profitability, revenue, and customersatisfaction Build a reproducible revenue model. Set appropriate metrics for salespipeline generation, accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts. Setspecific quarterly or annual sales goalsManage and resolve customer or business problems and roadblocksMonitor sales activities to ensure progress in sales close cycle andact promptly on areas that require attention and correctionRequirementsCollege Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields required. 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, preferably tonon-profit enterprises. Proven track record in software sales. You are forward-thinking andexperimental in discovering the best sales practices. You thrive by workingin an exciting and dynamic environment. Leverages current best practices and toolsets for prospecting andopportunity identification and qualification. Demonstrated ability to break into new accounts. The ability toestablish trust and credibility with prospects and customers. You haveprior experience in navigating organizations to understand their strategicneeds and then working out how solutions solve their needs You're comfortable in a startup environment, where sometimesyou're figuring out the sales playbook as you accelerate andoperationalize growth Develop an expert-level understanding of our capabilities and productoffering to provide benefit based solutions to our customers Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Basic Knowledge of Software Apps, Server Technology, and relatedtechnologiesNice to have:Background in Software is a plus. Some experience working with Non-Profit and grant/donor drivenorganizations. Past working experience in the Non-Emergency Medical,Volunteer, Community or Para transit transportation area is a plus.
