Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team of 15. We pride ourselves on being an extension of our client's team, as we continue to smash KPIs and objectives working closely together.

Responsibilities: Draft and implement testing plansDesign, create, execute and analyse manual and automated tests both for the sprint as well as regression testingLead the testing and QA of frontend and backend applicationsDocument issues in Jira with constructive information for replication and triage by the engineering teamAttend stand-ups with internal team and clients to align on testing requirementsWrite clear and concise bug write-upsBack-end review and testing to ensure applications are working to specification (depending on the project this may involve inspecting databases or logging into SaaS applications like Salesforce to review testing outcomes)Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and programming trendsWork within a cross-functional team with other professionals such as Project Managers, UX & UI Designers, Digital Marketers, Developers, etc.Assume technical authority in client-facing situationsQualifications and Requirements: At least 5 years' working experience as a QA Engineer/TesterA bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related fieldExperience in open-source automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and CucumberStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to communicate technical problems and solutions to cross-functional teamsA love of problem-solving and investigating problemsA hunger to learn technologyExperience working with: API testing tools like Postman or InsomniaDesign software such as FigmaBenefits: Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and inclusive work environmentHMO after regularizationIf you possess the required skills and are eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Software QA (Automation).
