We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our Cloud-based Software Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based software solutions with expertise in C#, SQL, API knowledge, Agile methodologies, OOP, and DevOps. Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be beneficial in supporting our cloud-based products and services.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Design, develop, and maintain applications, ensuring the software system is scalable, maintainable, and secure by making high-level design choices and setting technical standards for the project.Collaborate with other software engineers, providing technical guidance and sharing knowledge on best practices and architectural principles.Identifying and addressing potential technical risks and challenges involves proactively assessing the system's architecture to identify any potential issues and devising strategies to mitigate them.Ability to understand the software vision and plan its future directions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, ensuring that the software architecture aligns with the project's objectives.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Required skills: At least 8 yrs of web development experience in .NET platform using C#2+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar roleSolid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.Working experience using MS SQL.Researching skills including learning new trends and technologies that may be used in the product.General understanding of Agile development process.Excellent technical communication skills required.Exposure to working with overseas stakeholders.Amendable to work on a hybrid work setup, mid-shift.
