Software Development Manager

Position/Job Title: SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER -027
Headcount Needed: 1

Work Schedule: Compressed work week, Mondays to Fridays with 1 or 2 Sat WFH
Work Location: Makati

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead a team of Software Engineers, QA and BA's to deliver reliable and high performance production software.
• Assign and facilitate team members to fully complete task and goals on time.
• Assist and guide software engineers.
• Develop policies and procedures that will improve overall platform stability.
• Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.

Must Have:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in .NET 6, EF Core 6, C# 10, LINQ.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in PostgreSQL.
• 1+ years on Angular, Typescript, Boostrap, CSS.
• Experience on one of the following Github, Gitlub, Bitbucket.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Experience using Jira or other project management tool.
• 2 Years working experience in a similar role is required.

Salary Range (Php): 65k-80k
