Position: Software Developer (Junior - Senior Levels)

Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 120,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience level)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related fields (Undergraduates are welcome to apply)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Java Enterprise Edition
- Familiarity with software development design patterns and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Basic debugging and optimization skills
Junior - Mid-Level Developers:
- Design, code, test, debug, and maintain web service applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot issues and implement software enhancements
- Collaborate with team members and actively participate in knowledge sharing
Senior Developers:
- Lead daily team meetings and guide project progress
- Oversee design, coding, testing, and deployment of web service applications
- Validate alignment of proposed applications with architectural designs and business needs
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers
- Identify and implement best practices to improve workflow and development quality
