Workshift: Midshift (11AM- 8PM)
We are looking for someone who has
• Has a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Has at least three (3) years working experience as Software Developer
• Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage.
• Work with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle or Dataverse.
• Proficient in ERP systems with a basic knowledge of the tools of trade used in the job.
• Willingness to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to work independently but sees importance of achieving results through teamwork and collaboration to apply learnings in future situations, able to adapt in changing situations.
• Has result oriented mindset and with the ability to be creative in challenging situations.
• Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English language with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications and business relations
• Has excellent analytical skills
• Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.
• Amenable to work on a midshift schedule in Makati.
Your Mission:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
• Develop high quality applications using any of the following technologies such as Power Platform, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and optimize application performance.
• Working knowledge with Database such as but not limited to SQL, PL/SQL, MSSQL.
• Knowledge of implementing Web Frameworks such as but not limited to asp.net, NodeJS, SharePoint

• Proven experience and expertise in low-code software development, focusing on Power Platform Technologies, including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Power Virtual Agents
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Azure Infrastructure.
