Responsibilities:Client Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and helping to tailor solutions to meet specific needs.Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring that all product specifications and capabilities are clearly communicated.Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical product demonstrations and training sessions for potential and existing clients.Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform future improvements and features.QUALIFICATIONS: Development & Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform, ensuring that it remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.Customization: Work on client-specific customizations and integrations, adapting our software solutions to meet unique client requirements.Bug Fixes: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues, ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.Collaboration: Collaborate with the product and development teams to continuously enhance the software and incorporate new features based on customer and market needs.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php120,000.00 per month
