JOB DESCRIPTION As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of complex ERP software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software solutions are robust, scalable, and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-level software architecture that meets business and technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions. Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance on best practices, design patterns, and frameworks. Ensure that software architecture is aligned with company standards and industry best practices. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks for software development. Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and specifications. Review and approve software design and code to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into architectural strategies. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a software architecture role. 3 years of experience in handling ERP products/systems. Fluent in English. Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture. Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with building modular, scalable, and extendable software architecture. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira). Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in software architecture.
