- Graduate of Social Worker, License, newly graduate can apply

- Has commitment and dedication to serve the less fortunate individuals in the community and in the company.

- Preferably has more experience working with youths and can formulate activities for them

- Experience to work with industrial setting is an advantage

- Has good values, good character and right judgment (honest, trustworthy and patient)

- Can harmoniously deal with different kinds of people even with under pressure

- Can work with minimum supervision and open to a multi-tasking job

- Good in planning, organizing for a short and long term goal

- Emotionally mature and stable
