- Graduate of Social Worker, License, newly graduate can apply- Has commitment and dedication to serve the less fortunate individuals in the community and in the company.- Preferably has more experience working with youths and can formulate activities for them- Experience to work with industrial setting is an advantage- Has good values, good character and right judgment (honest, trustworthy and patient)- Can harmoniously deal with different kinds of people even with under pressure- Can work with minimum supervision and open to a multi-tasking job- Good in planning, organizing for a short and long term goal- Emotionally mature and stable
