TERMS OF REFERENCE (1) SOCIAL WELFARE AIDE – 1 SLOT Salary Grade : 4 (Php 15,586.00)

Program/Division/Unit : : Protective Services Division
Reports to : SWO III
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: Education : High School Graduate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education :
Completion of two-year studies in college preferably in Social Work or any Social Science related courses
Experience :
At least one (1) year relevant experience doing administrative/clerical functions

J OB FUNCTIONS: 1. Assist social workers in the assessment and referrals of clients for assistance, socio-economic survey and community profile;
2. Attends court hearings;
3. Assists in the implementation of programs and services to victims of child abuse, disadvantaged women youth;
4. Refers clients to hospitals;
5. Organizes life education group and group work sessions;
6. Prepares accomplishment reports;
7. Encodes communications/letters/memoranda.
