Job Description This is a remote position.
Conceptualise, create, design, and visualise engaging content for social media and other digital communication platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Edit and produce high-quality videos by transforming long-form content (YouTube) into impactful short-form content (TikTok/Instagram Reels) that follows current trends and platform-specific requirements. Collaborate closely with Australian clients to understand their needs and deliver video content that effectively meets their marketing and branding objectives. Stay up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, consistently incorporating innovative and creative ideas to enhance video engagement and audience reach. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, to create visually appealing content, while maintaining high quality control over your own work. Efficiently manage multiple brands within a single working day, ensuring all projects are completed within deadlines and budget, raising any concerns about timeframes early on. Proactively self-initiate ideas and seek continuous improvement in creative output, driving innovation in video content production. Requirements 5+ years of experience in video editing Strong ability to independently cut and edit longer-form content (YouTube) into impactful short-form content (TikTok/Instagram Reels) is a MUST! Experience working with Australian clients is a MUST! Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and trends that make video content stand out on these platforms Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects Likely educated in video editing, animation, graphic/digital design, or a related field Able to conceptualise, design, and create visual content for social media and other digital communication platforms Must be available for long-term commitment (no multiple jobs allowed if you are successful in this role) Immediate start available.
