**Responsibilities**:
- Monitors and oversee social media platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest etc.)
- Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
- Work effectively with the Promotions Team to put together a promotional strategy to increase awareness during high traffic events (ie holidays) and deals
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
- Develop and execute creative and innovative idea to improve social media marketing strategies
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
- Manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
- Research social media trends and analyze the target audience to ensure the Company's marketing and attraction strategies are relevant and up to date in a competitive marketplace.
- Aim to grow the company's presence on all social media platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Advertising/Media, Journalism or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in Ecommerce Marketing is a plus
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in traditional marketing field or equivalent
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing, particularly in respective channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.).
- Experienced on using social media channels, marketing tools/software
- Must be creative, self-motivated and detail oriented.
- A team player and has the ability to lead with or without direct authority
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
- Knowledgeable in creating and implementing digital campaigns across social media platforms
- Experienced in Search Engine Optimization and Internet ranking web content including keyword research.
- Excellent knowledge of latest social media APPs, up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Creative and excellent in content writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress, or other Content Management Software
