Social Media Specialist (7Am To 4Pm - Onsite - Angeles City)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and website content management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Define the most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan and execute content calendars.
Prepare reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Oversee website content updates and ensure it is aligned with current marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Experience in digital marketing, website/ social media management, and online advertising.
Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably with experience managing Australian social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of web design and development.
Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
