Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts, particularly within the Australian market.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Define the most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Experience managing Australian social media accounts is highly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solver.
Portfolio Requirements:
Provide a portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns you have managed.
Include examples of content you have created, analytics demonstrating campaign performance, and any innovative strategies you have implemented.
Highlight any experience with Australian social media accounts, detailing specific campaigns or projects.
