Job Description
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist , you will leverage your creative skills and technical expertise to drive impactful online marketing campaigns. Your role will involve proficiently using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and various design tools to create compelling visual content that captures the audience's attention. Additionally, you will be responsible for the setup and management of TikTok and Facebook shops, meticulously optimizing product listings to maximize conversion rates.

Schedule: Night Shift (Mon - Fri 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM)
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
What do you need to succeed? Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Demonstrated mid-level (3+ years) or senior-level (5+ years) experience in social media marketing and management.
Proficiency in Google Ads, encompassing campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Excellent graphic design and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools.
Experience in the setup and management of e-commerce shops on platforms such as TikTok and Facebook.
Proficiency in content creation and storytelling across various social media channels.
Comprehensive understanding of Meta (formerly Facebook), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.

Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform and audience.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools to produce high-quality visual content.
Set up and manage TikTok and Facebook shops, ensuring product listings are optimized for conversions.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
