Social Media Marketer

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain social media accounts

2. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, laws, and best practices

3. Oversee an organization's overall social media strategy

4. Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity and products identity

5. Work with designers to create and publish social media posts

6. Creating consistent, meaningful shareable content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, to drive traffic and improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns

7. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts

8. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences

9. Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner

10. Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events

11. Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success

12. Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI

13. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance

14. Performing other duties when needed

II.Job Qualification

1. Min school Diploma, or bachelor degree in journalism, communications, marketing or equivalent

2. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English

3. Familiarity with online marketing channels

4. Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices

5. Creative thinker

6. Social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting is a bonus

7. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus

8. Experience in doing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok advertisement is an advantage

9. Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
