Job descriptionThe Marketing Manager shall be responsible for all aspects of marketing operations. The goal is to help grow the brand's influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. He/She shall be responsible in the management of the organization's presence thru strategic marketing, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- With background in F&B is a must- Responsible for cost control in the department- Develops marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.- Conducts competitive bench marketing, focus group discussions, stake ins and stake outs to gather related data and information vital to the needs of the department and the organization as well.- Establishes tie-ups and partnerships with other establishments to strengthen the company's marketing programs and activities- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging online contents daily- Communicate with followers, responds to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews- Oversee social media account's design- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions- In-charge of all PR and marketing-related activities**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
