**STRATEGY AND CONTENT BUILDING**

**Come up with an effective strategy on social depending on client's asks**
- Develop persona and tonality for certain campaigns
- Identify the objectives online of a specific campaign
- Create and implement social media playbooks
- Create comprehensive content plans and calendars for brands or clients
- Set up different strategies for different campaigns, activations, influencers, and others

**COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT**
Monitor and sustain engagement of the online community
- Provide answers and directions to online community inquiries
- Provide useful links to community concerns - promos, projects, and other campaigns of the brand/s being handled
- Manage issues and conflicts arising in the community conversations in client's paid or social platforms
- Evaluate, monitor, analyze, and report sentiment, preference, and heartbeat
- Give recommendations to client and accounts team as necessary, given insights or data

**SOCIAL PLATFORM MANAGEMENT**
Recommend and/or implement specific social platforms based on target audience and brand/client goals and needs
- Build and manage the brand's social media presence in various channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other available platforms
- Study the development of additional channels such as LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Podcast, and other emerging platforms to strengthen social media presence
- Develop and release rules on content sharing and community interactions in the client's online platforms
- Flag concerned Account Managers for potential issues in the social platforms and the Analytics team to monitor the potential issue
- Execute, strategize, and manage brand contests and other online activities to maximize customer acquisition and strengthen brand engagement
- Explore new ways to engage with fans and followers

REPORT GENERATION
Create and implement a social analysis system for brands/clients
- Provide different kinds of reports as per client's needs
- Provide insights and analysis given the data from the tools provided by the client/s and the agency
- Be able to do client interface when the need arises - to better explain social media plans/projects

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
- Participate in ideation for new projects, pitches, etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
