The Role The Ortus Club is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to represent our company and build our brand's social media presence. As Social Media Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and create initiatives that engage our target audience and manage our online community.
Responsibilities Develop high-quality written and visual content for campaigns Manage online communities to ensure professional and appropriate engagement Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire new customers Keep an eye on social media trends and regularly propose new initiatives Ensure that messages and marketing are aligned with brand and company values Define KPIs and analyse data for social media campaigns, including SEO and web traffic metrics Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports from market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data Use social media marketing tools such as Semrush, Canva, and Hubspot Possibly manage an intern that will assist with social media tasks Qualifications Must be open working 1 PM - 10 PM PHT 2-3 years of social media marketing experience Proven track record to grow following, engagement and conversation rate Experience in creating social media strategies, especially for Linkedin Fluency in English with impeccable grammar and writing skills Understanding of graphic design and video creation principles Incredible work ethic and enthusiasm Self-motivated and client-focused Proficient in marketing research and social media data analysis Uri ng trabaho Uri ng trabaho Full-time Manager, Marketing Production - Philippines Integrated Marketing Communications Manager Unilever International - Assistant Marketing Manager - Philippines (Fixed Term Contract) National Capital Region, Philippines 3 linggo nakalipas
