WE ARE URGENTLY HIRINGPosition: Social Media ManagerNumber of hours: 25 hours/weekSchedule: UK TimeTasks required:Manage the social media channels of the client (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)Set up and/or optimize company pages within each platform to increase the company's social content visibilitySchedule daily posts on different social media platforms and generate engagements by commenting and liking posts on the topics of Trading, Real Estate, Leadership, Education, Personal Growth, Productivity, and AIBuild and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identificationAnalyze conversion funnels, identifying and optimizing key messaging opportunities to help attract and retain customersMapping out a strong long term social media strategy to create brand longevity in the marketReview site content, conversion funnels, analytics and statistics to make recommendations for new and creative growth strategiesGenerate new ideas for social media posts and execute them from start to finish, including occasional video and photo editingGenerate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or animations) to build meaningful connectionsStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Respond regularly to various engagements (Comments, DM's, reposting, likes)Prepare monthly progress reports to measure the success of social media campaignOther ad hoc tasks that would be assignedRequirements:Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a relevant experienceExcellent knowledge in graphic design and video editing, with the ability to create infographics and animated videos for short form video content to post on social media, is requiredExperience with creative writing and can create compelling content to effectively engage the target audienceCan work independently and with minimum supervisionFamiliarity in using social media analytics softwareExcellent working knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify and Tiktok for business purposesWell versed in social media marketing and advertisingKnowledge in engaging and interacting with the different types of demographicsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
