**About The Role**
**_Are you passionate about the future trends of social media, and how they help small businesses make the most out of their online presence?_**
We are looking for a creative, experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help create content for our clients' social media accounts.
You will be responsible for conducting research on each target audience, and designing social campaigns that will help our clients improve their reach and engagement.
Cohesiveness across all text and image content created on all platforms is imperative.
A Social Media Coordinator who succeeds at Olly Olly exhibits curiosity, adaptability, excellent communication skills and business savviness.
They also have innate abilities in copywriting, designing graphics, community engagement, behavioral psychology and spotting new opportunities for improvement.
**You're excited about this opportunity because you will**
- Plan, schedule and publish social media postings for client campaigns across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
As we grow our account portfolio, you should expect a ramp up process and manage 100 to 125 accounts.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns that align with client marketing strategies.
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic, customer engagement metrics and analytics.
- Monitor posts, comments & reviews on client social media platforms & directories, while working to improve response times.
- Maintain active communication lines, in synergy with the client's Account Manager or Project Manager.
- Provide support in all stages of the development of Olly Olly's social media strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms updates and modifications, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Research and propose new ways to attract and engage with customers.

- 2+ years experience as a Social Media Specialist
- Advanced English Skills
- Have demonstrable experience launching campaigns and publishing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Have demonstrable experience with Design Software (Canva or other)

**What We Offer**
