Scope of Work:
Content Management
A big part of the work is promoting content across all our marketing channels
and can work the end-to-end process of social media posts.
Oversees all social media accounts management
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting social/digital
connection with stakeholders
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram,
Facebook, You Tube, LinkedIn, Twitter) as well as explore new and ones
Leads in the creation of engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly
scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brand awareness
Develop the companys presence on social media through a curated calendar
of engaging and compelling social media posts and social media activation
Coordinates social media messaging with organization objectives and
campaign calendar
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
Monitor trends in community management approaches, meme culture, best
practices and tools, experimenting with new trends
Prepare online newsletters, EDMs and promotional emails and organize their
distribution through various channels
Social Media Paid Advertising
Leads the identification, formulation and launching of optimized online/social
advertisements to increase the companys brand awareness across digital
and social assets.
Create engaging social media ads
Align the company around the brands direction and tactics
Strategize best targeting approach to hit business objectives
Monitor metrics and ensure good CPM and ROAS
