**The Role**

Bare is different from your traditional funeral director.
We look different, we talk different, what we offer is different.
More broadly, we think there's an opportunity to change the way people think about end-of-life, and create a distinct brand for ourselves in the process.
A key part of creating that brand is the creation, implementation and optimisation of Facebook campaigns (that consistently get better).
We're looking for a Facebook specialist to help us build and implement great ad campaigns.
**What would your day look like?
**:

- Work with our Creative director and creative team to create performance-driven content for ad campaigns across Facebook and other paid social channels.
- Create, manage, scale and optimise Facebook campaigns (brand campaigns, conversion campaigns and remarketing campaigns)
- Report regularly on performance, and support the creative team in identifying insights that can improve future campaign ideas
- Ideate and contribute to brainstorming of new assets to support the creative team
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to grow Bare into a household name!
**What will you need to succeed in this role?
**:

- 3+ years experience writing, managing and optimising Facebook ad campaigns
- The ability to communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables
- Have a performance-driven mindset and attitude and a keen willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Have a hungry mindset to keep learning of new platform updates
- Be efficient, organised and task-oriented
