Basic Functions:
- To assist in maintaining in good working order all equipment and assets of the store
- To ensure cleanliness in and around the store
- To assist store personnel and management in performing various duties and tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Primary
- Perform cleanliness and housekeeping duties within the store, which includes the selling area, the offices, receiving area and the storage areas
- Assist the skilled maintenance personnel in doing repairs, replacements of defective parts, and cleaning of air conditioning units
- Segregates garbage of the store before proper disposal/turnover to the mall sanitation personnel
- Ensures that there are enough supply of drinking water for the consumption of the employees
- Receives, accounts, and properly stores all store supplies (shopping bags, office supplies, etc.)
sent through the Manila shipment
- Controls the issuance of store supplies and does the inventory of store supplies and suggests to his superior orders of such
- Perform messengerial functions for the store and other day-to-day official functions and errands
- Assist the Treasury department in the search for small money bills needed by the store
- Assist the opening and closing of the store with guidance from the officer
- Perform clearing functions before store closing together with the officer
2.
Secondary
- Assist in Customer Service functions like bagging and packaging customers' paid goods
- Participate in the receiving of goods shipments from Manila
- Assist in training newly-hired ground maintenance personnel
**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
