Site Surveillance Operator

**Job Summary**
- To monitor various sites by watching video snippets and/or live video feeds;
- To comprehend what is observed and identify threats, risks, or anomalies.
- To communicate through a standard escalation model
- Record pertinent monitoring events for archiving and investigation (identification, escalation, resolution, etc.).
Job Qualifications
- Experience in CCTV monitoring is an advantage but not required
- Experience in BPO Industry is an advantage but not required
- With good communication skills, both verbal and written
- **Willing to work during weekends, holidays, and in different shifts including night shift**:
