Job Description Use full stack expertise to prevent incidents by setting performance baselines, driving process improvements, and leveraging data analytics to identify issues.Lead Agile teams in troubleshooting and resolving system problems, analyzing application and system performance.Provide technical support during major incidents, handling multiple technologies.Conduct SRE assessments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements based on company's SRE framework.Improve logging and automate solutions to prevent issues and reduce manual support tasks.The Successful Applicant Skilled in end-to-end service operations, including network security (CISCO/Juniper), identity & access management, cybersecurity, cloud and on-prem architecture, OS management (Windows/Linux), performance monitoring, troubleshooting, API integration, and automation.Background in SAFe Agilist/DevOps practitioner with expertise in cloud technologies, Ansible, PowerShell, KQL, and Shell scripting.Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices, such as defining SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs, automating tasks, managing error budgets, and handling incidents, to support the company's Agile/DevOps transformation.Skilled in full stack infrastructure troubleshooting and working with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe PI Planning, scrum ceremonies).Nice to haves: CCNA, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft Azure Administrator, Automation with Ansible.What's on Offer Hybrid set-upMedical and optical reimbursementAnnual corporate incentive bonusLife insuranceLong-term savings plan
