JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists the department heads in developing goals that will promote company growth and performance. Gives direction and provides leadership to subordinates to meet financial targets and other performance targets. Plans and monitors the day-to-day operations to ensure delivery objectives are met. Establish and maintain a standard of performance for operation that aligns with the company's vision and core values. Reviews the business processes within Operations to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devises an alternative. Identifies improvement areas, plans, and implements systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Supports company and factory initiatives as assigned by the Site Managing Director including integration of M&A targets, OEE improvement, Margin Improvements, Supply Chain Regionalization and Resiliency efforts, and others. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or any related field 10 years or more experience in the semiconductor industry of which 5 years or more is as a Department Manager. Hands on experience in assembly shop floor management Ability to make sound judgement and take calculated risks. Challenge the status quo and drives change management process. Strong business acumen
