The project: An integrated mountain resort project in Pampanga, Philippines. Located between Angeles city and New Clark city. Phase 1 works include development of an 18-hole championship golf course, banyan tree main building and resort villas, club house, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities.

Input and assisting in the management of the MEP services delivery, health & safety and subcontractor performance and wellbeing, whilst liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants.

You'll be responsible for: Work within the project team, under direction, communicating and coordinating with colleagues. Assist in the analysis, rectification and completion of the MEP design, learning the business's management processes whilst developing their engineering understanding. Assist in the coordination and liaising of project sub-contractors, sub-subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in the coordination and management of the interfaces between packages. Liaise and coordinate with key project stake holders such as the client, design and construction teams. Assist in the identification of risk and the production and implementation of mitigation plans. Assist in the incorporation of modern method of construction, learning about digital technologies and prefabrication. Assist in the implementation of Mace's standards & project strategies, gaining a basic understanding a of these documents. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You'll also have: Working towards a relevant BTECH /HNC (or equivalent). Relevant CSCS Card. SMSTS Health and Safety training. Efficiently manages resources and tasks whilst collaborating internally and with external stakeholders. Take ownership when resolving problems, identifying, solving challenges.
