Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management software, excellent leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage site resources, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, maintain safety protocols. Working Conditions: Must be able to work on-site, in various weather conditions and be prepared for physical activities.
