-Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
-With 1-2 years work experience in related field.
-Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
-In- depth understanding with Human Resources processes.
-In-depth understanding on Labor Law.
-High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
-Excellent attention to details.
-Good to excellent interpersonal skills.
-With good to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office Application.
-Team player with Leadership Skills.
