Site Engineer (Interior/ Fit Out)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

2. Measure and calculate the cost of materials.

3. Coordinate and oversee construction activities on site.

4. Ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

5. Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control.

6. Review and interpret design drawings and specifications.

7. Monitor and report on project progress and budget.

8. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise

9. Collaborate with project team members to ensure effective communication and coordination

10. Willing to be assigned in Makati project

11. This is night shift schedule



EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

2. Possession of a Registered Engineer License.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 8-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

2. Preferably with experience with interior or fit-out works.



TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

1. Extensive knowledge of Contract Conditions, Health and Safety Regulations, Standard Guidelines and Specifications, and Local Authorities Requirements for construction projects

2. Strong critical, problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking even under pressure.

3. Computer literate, and knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project/Office is an advantage.

4. Knowledge of construction and negotiation skills.

5. Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
