Site Engineer

Understand and carry out instructions from immediate superior.Responsible for bored piling operations in job site.Supervise site crew to ensure safe delivery of project to the required time and level of quality.Responsible and knowledgeable in all associated piling tools and equipment as well as their maintenance, modification and function.Supervise crew to best utilize manpower and materials.Ensure that discipline at the work is being observed to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.Responsible for the completion of assigned specific phase of work.Responsible in making schedules, assigning work and training his team.Motivate his crew to increase productivity and meet work goals.Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment.Ensure the problems are immediately resolved when they arise.Report daily accomplishments to immediate superior.Guarantee all quality standards are met.Complies with all safety standards and regulations.Performs all other duties as assigned.
