Site Engineer

Minimum Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: At least 1 year on construction or Fit-Out/ Renovation Projects
Training: Preferably with COSH Training
Eligibility: Licensed Civil Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Validates the project cost estimates and program of works with the client's representative upon submission of proposals to the client;
2.
Assists in the procurement of services by preparing bid documents such as but not limited to bid forms, plans, and drawings and evaluating the results of bidding, quotations, and proposals;
3.
Discuss with Project Engineers additional works and change orders and prepare proper documentation;
4.
Cross-checks the canvassed prices of locally available and purchased materials against actual validated costs and/or database of cost indices and validates the pertinent documents prepared by the Project Engineer; and
5.
Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
