Coordination and Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth progress of construction activities. Communicate design concepts and construction plans clearly to site personnel. Attend regular project meetings to provide updates on architectural aspects of the project. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design specifications. Identify and resolve any design-related issues or conflicts. Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the project's quality standards. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local and national building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of design changes, site inspections, and compliance reports. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals. Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding architectural matters. Provide clients with updates on project progress and address any concerns or queries. Ensure client satisfaction with the final architectural outcome. Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols related to architectural work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office applications.
