Site Architect

**POSITION**:
Site Architect / Engineer

**JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Do site visit / ocular inspection on different construction projects
- Knows how to do Construction Drawings / Design and other related drawings
- Project / Construction Management
- Knows how to do Estimates for materials for construction
- Meeting with the clients and other professionals related on field
- Prepare Documents and specifications for the design / drawings
- Reviewing Architectural and Engineering Drawings
- Do scheduling for the construction project

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of Architecture / Engineering
- with or without licensed
- Knows how to do scheduling / Gant Chart
- EXPERIENCE : At least 1 yr experience on site and office/ Project or Construction Management
- Knows how to use sketch up, auto CAD and other architectural / engineering drawing soft wares
- willing to be assigned or do site supervision on different construction projects inside and outside METRO MANILA

Schedule:
