Site Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications:

* Graduate of any Business related course
* With at least 1 year related work experience
* Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
* With good negotiation and presentation skills
* Can drive both manual and automatic
* Willing to travel
* Can start immediately


Job Description:

* Scout, negotiates, and documents all potential gasoline station sites
* Secures and attends to all local and or provincial government permit in relation to the consent and approval of the proposed gasoline station.
* Conducts initial site assessment for both station sales potential and land ownership of the identified station.
* Completes the site folder checklist for endorsement and approval
* Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
