QUALIFICATIONS Must be a graduate of Engineering course or any related course. Knowledgeable in site scouting, negotiations, and processing of permits. Knows how to drive and has a driver's license and personal vehicle. Experience in Real Estate is an advantage. Willing to do fieldwork and handle areas of Eastern Visayas. Can start ASAP. JOB OBJECTIVES Ensure all new sites acquired are compliant with company standards. Ensure targets for new sites and conversion sites are attained. Ensure accurate completion of all pre-requisite documents in securing necessary permits and licenses. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Scout, negotiate, and document all potential gasoline station sites. Conduct market studies of all potential sites. Conduct initial site assessments for both station sales potential and property ownership of the identified station. Secure/validate all pre-acquisition related documents. Secure all pre-construction, post-construction, and operating related permits/requirements. Attend all local and national hearings/sessions regarding the issuance of the required permits/requirements, if needed. Complete the site folder checklist for endorsement and approval. Secure the tax declaration of all station improvements. Coordinate with the engineering department for the preparation of building plans and all requirements in accordance with LGU instructions/guidelines. Attend/assist stations with notices of violations and other permit concerns. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
