Job Description: Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysesPrepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performanceSource, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partnersSource and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providersCoordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partnersSuccessfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalentPreferably with 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or salesFresh graduates are welcome to applyA great track record of successful project management is an advantageHigh proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google SlidesOutstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills in English and FilipinoCapable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressureWilling to travel locally
