Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Ad, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, site acquisition or related roles, preferably in the outdoor advertising or media industry
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Detail – oriented with strong analytical and problem -solving
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of local market dynamics, geography
• Willingness to travel as needed to conduct site visits, attend meetings, and oversee project activities
