Sit Test Lead

Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and conducting performance evaluations.
o Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Test Execution and Monitoring:
o Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
o Monitor test progress, track defects, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
o Ensure that testing is completed on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance:
o Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
o Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with development teams to implement corrective actions.
o Advocate for continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
