Handles customer inquiries through Live Chat, Email, Outbound Calls, and Telegram professionally.
Assesses customer's issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure that customer's needs are satisfied.
Coordinates with other teams based in different locations that share similar objectives.
Be proactive and take the initiative to explore and learn the products that we offer.
Understands standard operating procedures and delivers service that is according to the quality standards set by the Company.
Requests for information at the start and end of the process through Live Chat, outbound calls, emails, and Telegram.
Follow up on unresolved inquiries through emails or phone calls.
Complete logs, records, and daily shift handover reports.
Performs other functions and special projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Senior Agent.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be fluent in Sinhala, plus intermediate or basic English, spoken and written.
The ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage but not required.
Experience in customer service or handling of international clients of at least 6 months.
Must possess a positive attitude and can take constructive criticism, be coachable, and show willingness to learn.
Knowledgeable of basic computer operations (MS Office), and a typing speed of 35 WPM or above.
Must be flexible, and willing to work in shifting schedules including the graveyard shift and public holidays.
