SMX is seeking SIGINT Systems Operator to support all available Intelligence and Information sources and platforms (National, Operational, Tactical) including collation requirement validation, auditing (Asset Availability, Tasking, scheduling) as directed within the INDOPACOM AOR.
This position requires a DoD Top Secret SCI clearance which requires US citizenship for work on a DoD contract. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support the collection, analysis, and evaluation of geo-fused products and servicesStrong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze data, solve problems, and effectively communicate results to senior leaders and decision makersStudy, evaluate, interpret, and report all sensor data to include spatial dataUtilize all data provided by the sensors and other databases to identify nefarious terrorism and maritime activitiesFuse multidiscipline sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial analysisProvide analysis and assessments of all available data to deliver actionable productsApply expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and collections to enhance the client missionSuccinctly incorporate measures of quality assurance and quality control prior to release of intelligence reportingProvide pre-mission inputs to maximize the mission success of AISR onboard sensor suitesInject aircraft capes into the collection management planning process to help customers maximize capabilitiesResponsible for managing airborne ISR equipment and related processing systemsReport malfunctions and observationsLoad and off-load classified equipment pre- and post-mission as requiredAssist in monthly accountability of SI equipmentOptimize ISR operations against operational requirements by applying appropriate assets and sensor packages to address coverage gapsResolve technical issues between ISR asset Base Operation Support-Integrator (BOS-I) and platform architecturesMaintain current ISR programs, assets, and sensorsMonitor both HS and SIPR MIRC to work with ITCs and customers to achieve mission objectivesPerform preventive maintenance on mission equipmentTraining military personnel in use of equipmentRequired Skills & Experience Required clearance: TS/SCI5 years or more of experience working on required systems3-5 years relevant experienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentDemonstrated ability to operate individually and in a team environment in researching multi-faceted and critical problemsDemonstrated ability to operate independently and in a team environment in performing research, data fusion, and analysis of multi-discipline datasetsExperience with advanced search techniques, information databases, data visualization, and related toolsExperience converting data collected from multiple sources to provide geospatial analysisExperience utilizing analysis toolsets required to perform your duties as SIGINT ASOKnowledge of other intelligence disciplines, including human intelligence (HUMINT) Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)Experience with publicly available information (PAI) analytic principalsAbility to acquire, display, and analyze spatio-temporal dataDemonstrate critical thinking skills and tradecraft standards to deliver analytic findings in textual form, graphic annotation, or other formats as directed by the government customer, and develop and present briefings to support customer requirementsAbility to understand and interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publicationsExperience in the INDOPACOM AORDesired Skills & Experience Understanding of spectrometer, oscilloscope, and/or pitot static equipment
Ability to load and off-load classified equipment pre- and post-mission and update hardware/software and installing patches, as requiredAbility to understand and interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publicationsAbility to route wires per technical drawingsAdvanced skills with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, wiring installation, soldering, and crimping techniquesAdvanced troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems on the airborne ISR assetCapable of performing site inventory of all program materials and equipmentAbility to perform advanced training to military ASOs to make them more effective in the sensor's capabilities in the AO they are operatingAbility to brief the military command on the sensor's capabilities and make recommendations on the best way to utilize the sensor in this AOApplication Deadline: November 4, 2024
