Showroom Coordinator

Prepares and processes all delivery receipts, transmittal slip, return slip with incident report and sales orders.
- Gathers all documents and prepare a transmittal slip to be sent through courier
- Maintains a safe stocks level of goods for sale and for requisition.
- Coordinates Sales Orders (Job Orders) and follow-up delivery of shipments with Production.
- Processes orders and stock requisition for dealers and walk-in clients.
- Logs all daily inquiries (dealers and walk-in) and submit a summary to the Operations Department on a weekly basis.
- In-charge for the issuances of borrowed (for dealers) and rental (for walk-in clients) display boards, samples, any free item materials and supplies).
- Schedules of daily deliveries, dispatches and pick-up stocks to Solid Lines shipping (loose cargo).
- Receives the incoming shipments/deliveries of stocks in the showroom in coordination with the helper.
- Processes purchase order for gas of vehicle and makes a summary for the billing statement and forwards it to head office.
- Prepares weekly sales report to be forwarded to Showroom Accountant
- Prepares weekly summary of DR (delivery date) and SO (Sales Order)
- Updates the Area Coordinator on concerns of manpower, dealers and clients (if area coordinator is in CDO).
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
- Assists walk-in clients.
- Requisitions and proper monitoring of forms such as DR, RS, S.O and transmittal slip.
- Monitors the cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom.
- Ensures that daily P.O of dealer (MTO basis) should have a Sales Order (S.O).
- Submits weekly summary of sales and stocks in showroom to Area Coordinator.
**Salary**: Php9,100.00 - Php14,820.00 per month
